It has been nearly 30 years since the development of RTP rapid annealing series products, and now the market share of semiconductor materials related departments in Chinese universities and research institutes exceeds 80%.
Especially key universities such as Tsinghua University, Peking University, and Beijing Normal University, as well as national key research units such as the Institute of Semiconductors of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, have many RTP series equipment.
RTP series products are also mentioned in papers published in international academic journals. Even the product is favored by some overseas professors and experts.
Due to restrictions on after-sales service, most of them are teachers from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Kansas State University, Youngston State University, and Nanyang Polytechnic University in Singapore also have several universities at the forefront of research and teaching.
